Triton's Farm ~ Other Animals on the farm

Our latest additions are two Llamas, Daisy and Joy. These two girls will be our future guard llamas for our sheep. We hope to get a small flock of St. Croix sheep by the end of 2011 or the beginning of 2012.

Daisy and Joy are two very friendly llamas and seem to already be practicing their guarding techniques by walking up to each of our animals and staring them in the face. If they run the llamas take chase. Cleo, one of our barn cats who usually prowls around all the cattle pens has decided the llamas are a little too forward and chooses to just walking along the railings of the llama pen.
